At Ledworld.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. We will not refund shipping charges unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

How to Return a Product

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@ledworld.pk to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with a return shipping address and a return authorization number.
4. Pack the product in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with the product.
5. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
6. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number and insurance.
7. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been used or installed.
• Custom or special order products.
• Products that are not in their original packaging.
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned product. We will not refund shipping charges unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
